Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AdreneRide mobile application, website at www.adreneride.com, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by AdreneRide ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using AdreneRide, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use AdreneRide. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Your Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at support@adreneride.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. The Service

AdreneRide provides features including but not limited to:

  • Live maps, navigation, and offline map regions
  • Blackbox ride recording and telemetry playback
  • Crash and fall detection with optional SOS alerts
  • Social features: chat, stories, contacts, meetings, and live rider map
  • Motorcycle garage and rider profiles
  • AdreneRide Pro subscription features

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

5. Location & Safety Features

Important: AdreneRide's safety features — including crash detection, fall detection, and SOS — are supplementary tools and are not a substitute for emergency services, professional medical care, or safe riding practices.

  • Always comply with local traffic laws and ride within your skill level.
  • In an emergency, contact local emergency services (e.g., 112, 911) directly.
  • Do not rely solely on the app for crash detection or emergency response.
  • Sensor-based detection may produce false positives or fail to detect incidents.
  • Background GPS and notifications require device permissions you may revoke at any time.

You acknowledge that riding motorcycles involves inherent risks and that you assume full responsibility for your safety and the safety of others on the road.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (photos, messages, stories, profile information, etc.). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and distribute that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

You represent that:

  • You own or have the right to share all content you post
  • Your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws
  • Your content is not harmful, abusive, or misleading

We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law, without prior notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to harass, threaten, or harm others
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or location
  • Upload malware, spam, or content that exploits minors
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service or its infrastructure
  • Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the Service without permission
  • Circumvent authentication, rate limits, or security measures
  • Use the Service while operating a vehicle in a manner that violates local law
  • Send false SOS alerts or abuse safety features

8. Subscriptions & Payments

AdreneRide Pro is available as an auto-renewing subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

  • Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies; we do not process refunds directly.
  • We may change subscription pricing with advance notice where required by the app store or applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

The AdreneRide name, logo, app design, and all related trademarks, service marks, and content (excluding user content) are owned by AdreneRide or its licensors. You may not use our branding without prior written consent.

Map data is provided by third-party tile sources (including OpenFreeMap and Esri). Use of map data is subject to the respective provider licenses.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including Google Sign-In, Firebase, Apple App Store, Google Play, and map/routing providers. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • Navigation, map, or routing data will be accurate or up to date
  • Safety features will detect all incidents or prevent harm
  • Encrypted messages will remain secure against all future cryptographic attacks

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ADRENERIDE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AdreneRide and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or harms other users, us, or third parties.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Istanbul, Turkey, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.

16. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
